In Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, Skipper's Ship is docked at an island, which is accessed by using a Transport Panel in Oora Lighthouse. Upon stepping onto the ship, the player is greeted by Skipper and his crew. Unlike the previous game, Skipper does not have the Oora Gem, as it was kept by Oora to counter the rising water. Instead, Exitilus approached Skipper and granted him a wish, which was to sail forever with his family. By talking to Skipper or defeating him in battle, Skipper will return the water to normal and the player is kicked off of his ship, unable to access it again.
The ship itself is slimmer, though the general layout is the same as in the previous game. The quarters and treasury are in different positions, though the player cannot access the treasury, which contains several Serges and Zers, as of yet. A brig is also added, which is where the player will end up if they fail to convince Skipper to return things to normal. Octavis will also be found in the brig if the player chose not to accompany him earlier.
