Raise II is a skill in the Power Master series, first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Raise II is a skill exclusive to Helen, learned at Level 30. Raise II would revive a Knocked Out ally with their Health fully recovered. However, due to the skill needing magic power, which Power Master 1: A Strange Journey does not use, the skill is unusable.

There is a standard "Raise" skill in the database, but that goes unused.
