The Phantom is a ghost boss of Gora Mansion, starting in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

Biography

The Phantom is a spirit of a woman, with a resemblance to Fade. In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, she has a blue tone, long green hair pulled back in a ponytail, and a green and black dress that has a bloodstain in the chest and morphs into a spectral tail at the bottom. In Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, she appears visibly beat up, with long, unkept green hair, a tarnished green and black dress with a bloodstain in the middle, and purple slippers. She is tied to Gora Mansion, specifically to protect Fade. Her speech is limited, repeating "Do not harm her!" or portions of it.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Phantom appears on the top-most floor of Gora Mansion and will immediately attack after the player grabs the Key in the Treasure Chest. The Phantom does not have any special skills, but is strong against Dark-based attacks as well as having immunity to becoming Confused, Petrified, and put to sleep. However, she is weak to Light-based attacks.

A copy of Phantom is found in Cora Castle, above the copy of GrandHypnock's room. Defeating the Phantom will give the player access to the copy of Swid's room. Her stats have greatly improved, but her skills, strengths, and weaknesses remain the same.

The Phantom returns as the boss of Gora Mansion in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV. She appears once the player opens a Treasure Chest containing the Jaded Key.

Her statistics are vastly different, now being able to use Weapon Shatter, Armor Shatter, Possess, Sleep, Dark, and Nightmare. She has hardly any offensive or defensive capabilities, but is completely immune to every weapon, as well as Air- and Dark-based attacks and being Boggled, Petrified, put to sleep, or Possessed. However, she is weak to Ice-, Light-, and Demon-based attacks. She no longer uses a sword or shield.

Upon defeating the Phantom, she repeatedly urges the player not to harm "her" and tells them the Gora Gem is with "her". Before the Phantom leaves, she does direct the player to harm "he".
