In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Child's Apple can only be obtained when the player is under the effects of Doppel's Dimension. The girl in Iora's Shop will transform into a basket containing the item. The player can collect as many as they want at one time. When used, it will greatly increase the user's Attack and Defense for five turns and it can only be used during battles. It cannot be bought or sold.
