Town of Uora

The Town of Uora is a town within the Land of Moneo and, canonically, is home to the characters Hamilton and Alice. It is first seen in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Town of Uora is full of holes dug by Moles. The Guardian of Uora's house is to the east, Hamilton's house is to the southwest, the Shop is in the southeast, the Inn is to the north, and Kandice's house is to the west.

Due to the Moles taking a majority of Pam's wares, Pam only has a select number of items to sell.

Quests

One quest can be started in Uora. Talking to Kandice in her house, she will ask the player to play a game of Hide-and-Seek with her. Accepting will cause the quest to begin.

Transformations

If the player is under the effects of Doppel's Dimension, the following characters in town transform into the following.

• The well - A barrel
• Violet - Alice
• Pam - Hamilton

Alex's Statement

After the player has completed the game, Alexander Bodine will appear in Hamilton's house. If under the effects of Doppel's Dimension, he turns into Hamilton's placeholder graphic.

Hamilton is named after the last name of my best friend. His original design was much simpler, wearing a grey shirt with yellow shoes. Also, he was made to be left-handed after an orientation drawing error. The game was originally planned with dual-weapon wielding, which explains Hamilton's unique ability to wield two axes. He's also just that strong himself. Hopefully, I can get the mechanic to work better for Power Master 2... Well, see you around!

Uora returns in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, accessible from the 0.2.0 demo and onward. It looks much more mountainous than in the previous game, and Uora Underground is on the same map. Alice can be recruited from her home. Moles, Worms, and treasure can be found in the holes around town.

If the player tries to recruit Ma'dine in this town, she will decline, refusing to enter Uora Underground because of the dirt.

• 20 Sers - In a hole to the east of the segment above the entrance to Uora Underground.
• Rock - Hole to the east of Uora's house.
• Energy Vial - Hole at the top of the stairs.
• Stephan's Armor - Closet in the digger's bedroom, after recruiting Stephan as the digger. Can continue to be collected as long as the player does not have the armor.
• Jennifer's Gear - Closet in the digger's bedroom, after recruiting Jennifer as the digger. Can continue to be collected as long as the player does not have the armor.
• Hamilton's Armor - Closet in the digger's bedroom, after recruiting Hamilton as the digger. Can continue to be collected as long as the player does not have the armor.
• Helen's Armor - Closet in the digger's bedroom, after recruiting Helen as the digger. Can continue to be collected as long as the player does not have the armor.
• Alice's Robe - Alice's closet after recruiting her. Can continue to be collected as long as the player does not have the armor.
