Josh is a minor character in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, first found in the Town of Aora. Upon first meeting him, he will ask for 500 Sers to move to a warmer place. If the player obliges, he will give them a Blizzard Shield. Should the player talk to him again in the Town of Eora, they will get their money back as well as a Blizzard Sword.
