In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Healing Shields are rare shields. According to its description, it is created by fusing a Health Vial with a shield. When equipped, it increases the wielder's Defense by 15 and the wielder will recover some Health over time.

- Pora - Received from Jasmine's mother after completing the quest Lost Girl
- Yora - Purchasable from the Blacksmith
- Yora Yore - Obtained by clearing the stone maze within 0:01 to 0:30 seconds remaining

Healing Shields return in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV. When equipped, it multiplies the wielder's Defense by 1.30, and it restores 30% of the wielder's Health at the start of each turn.
As of the 0.3.0 demo, Healing Shields are unobtainable.
