Swordsmen are enemies first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. They are simple sword-wielding mercenaries who follow whoever pays them the most. In Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, Swordswomen are introduced.

Swordsmen, called Iron Swordsmen in the 0.1.0 demo, return in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV. They are again found in Fora Temple, though are more plentiful, and their stats have been adjusted. They have less Health, though have higher Defense, Agility, and Luck. They also gain the Cover skill, to protect any allies they are paired with. They have a weakness to Shield and Weapon Breaking parameters as well as Lances. They also give out less experience and Sers than last time.
Swordmen can also be found in the Land of Moneo, walking around in some locations. Some can also be found on bridges. When talking to them, they ask for the player to pay a toll of 10 Sers to continue, or they can challenge the Swordsman to a battle. Paying will allow the player to move forward, and the Swordsman will take his position back on the bridge once the player has moved past. Challenging him will cause two other Swordsmen to appear and join in a battle, but defeating them all will allow the player free access to use the bridge.
- Swordsman's card in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey states they can be found in Fora Forest, though no enemies other than Monsters appear in the forest.
