In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, a Book of Hurricane is an equipable weapon. According to its description, it is created by fusing a Book of Wind and a Book of Water together. Book of Hurricane deals both Wind- and Water-based damage and increases the wielder's Attack by 50. It makes the wielder strong against Wind- and Water-based moves, but weak to Ice- and Lightning-based ones. The wielder takes 75% less damage from Wind-based attacks. It also has a 40% chance of inflicting a Blown or Slowed status ailment on the enemy.
