In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Wave is a skill exclusive to Eleel. When used, it deals Water-based damage to all of the player's characters.

Wave returns in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, now able to be used by anyone. Player characters can learn the skill either by reading a Book of Wave or by equipping Marina's Wave Wand. Unlike last time, Wave deals no damage to enemies. Instead, it summons a wave to carry the team out of battle as if they are fleeing, meaning no rewards will be collected. Wave cannot be used in battles the player cannot escape from.
