Paralyze is a skill in the Power Master series, first appearing as an enemy-only skill in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.
Power Master 1: A Strange Journey
In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Paralyze is only used by Bees and the Queen Bee. Despite its information, it has a 50% chance of paralyzing only one of the player's characters.

Paralyze returns as a skill in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, now capable of being used by both the player characters and the enemies. It can be learned by reading a Book of Paralyze, but is also temporarily granted to those wielding a Paralyze Wand. Thunderbirds and Powerbird know this skill.
Paralyze has a 100% chance of Paralyzing a single opponent, unless they are immune to the status. It cost 14 points of Energy to use.
