Wondering Souls are common enemies seen in Eora Dungeon as well as the area surrounding the Town of Eora in the Land of Moneo. They were originally placed in Eora Everlasting, but were moved so they would not annoy the player as they traveled through the maze. They cannot be Confused, but are weak to Light-based attacks. Their basic attack is Water-based.

Wandering Souls return in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV with a new look and a corrected name. They are only found in Limbo (which is currently inaccessible), where they attack the player at random in an attempt to take their body for themselves, and due to this, they are the only enemy to not have a field sprite. They have very basic stats, leaving everything but Defense and Resistance at the engine's default 100, with Defense and Resistance reduced to 1. Additionally, they reduce the player character's Defense and Resistance with each attack and are capable of Possessing them, as well as being immune to being Boggled. They deal Dark- and Demon-based damage, while being weak to Silver-based attacks.
