A Medicine Vial is a common item in the Power Master series, first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. When used, it removes most Status Ailments from one character.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Medicine Vials are very common items and are sold in most Shops. When used, it removes all status ailments from one character except for the Possessed ailment. It can be used in both the field and in battles. Medicine Vials have a one-in-five chance of being dropped by Eels and a one-in-three chance of being dropped by Butlers.
