The Guardian of Aora is, as the name implies, the Guardian of the Town of Aora. He first appears in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, which existed so people could be scammed out of their cash.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Guardian of Aora is quick to notice when something is wrong. He notices a temperature change when the burning snow starts falling, and quickly deducts that the snow is burning the ground rather than the snow melting.

His Gem was stolen by Freezeflame the night before the player arrives, and gives them a Heat Pack to allow them to climb Aora Avalanche.
