In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Light Shields are rare shields, though they can be bought at the Blacksmith in Yora. According to its description, it is created by fusing a Book of Light with a shield. When equipped, it increases the wielder's Defense by 40 and the wielder will be immune to the Blinded status. However, the wielder will become weak to Dark-based attacks, but become strong against Wind- and Light-based attacks
