In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Healing Shields are rare shields, though they can be bought at the Blacksmith in Yora. According to its description, it is created by fusing a Health Vial with a shield. When equipped, it increases the wielder's Defense by 15 and the wielder will recover some Health over time.
