Oora Ocean is a large ocean located around the town of Oora. It is first seen in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.
Power Master 1
When the player first enters the town of Oora, Oora Ocean has flooded into it. While the ocean is quite large, the player can only explore a small portion of it. When the player enters the spot in between the two rock walls, they will be brought to a cutscene taking place on Oora Ship.
After the player has defeated Skipper on Oora Ship, they can freely roam the explorable portion of Oora Ocean, and can find 500 Sers in a Treasure Chest at the southeastern-most portion of the map.
After Exitilus's defeat, the ocean will return to its normal water level. The 500 Sers can also be collected again.
