Hypnock is a giant clock-like entity who is capable of hypnotizing anyone. He can also be seen in a different form, known as GrandHypnock. Hypnock's name is a portmanteau of the words "hypnotic" and "clock". He is also one of the creator's more favorite characters.[1]

Hypnock is the boss of Bora Building and the second boss of Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. Hypnock took over Bora Building thinking the humans has trespassed on to his land. He hypnotized the Workers in the building to keep any other trespassers out. When the player defeats him, he leaves. He can Confuse the player and can also heal himself, as well as being immune to Confusion. He has no weaknesses.

Trivia
- The name of Hypnock's homeland, Shadurn, is revealed in PM1 only if the player defeats him solo.
- The name was also revealed in the Power Master 1R Story, along with his tribe name, the Minonds.[2]
