Book of Thunder deals Lightning-based damage and increases the wielder's Attack by 100. It makes the wielder strong against Lightning- and Ice-based attacks, but weak to Stone-based ones, with the wielder taking twice as much or twice as less damage from those properties. Book of Thunder also has a 75% chance of inflicting a Paralyzed state on the enemy.
