Skragon is a large dragon who first appears as the boss of Sora Sky Tower in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. It was created by Exitilus, along with the Jewel Dragons. However, due to the different characteristics between Skragon and the other dragons, Skragon is regarded as a "failed experiment." Skragon was instead sent to guard the Sora Gem.

In PM1, Skragon is found at the top of Sora Sky Tower and is battled immediately when the player enters the area. Skragon's basic attack has a Fire property to it, and it can also use Fire Breath and Tornado. Skragon isn't strong against anything, but is weak to Ice- and Lightning-based attacks.

A copy of Skragon is found in the fourth room of the second floor in Cora Castle. Defeating it will open the way to the room containing a copy of Danger.
