The Guardian of Hora is the only Guardian in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey that acts as an enemy, aside from Exitilus. He has been hypnotized by GrandHypnock to attack the player. He does not have any special attacks and is not very strong. Once defeated, he breaks out of the mind control and tells the player what happened to the town.
