The Guardian of Mora is, as the name implies, the Guardian of the Town of Mora. He first appears in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

Power Master 1: A Strange Journey

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Guardian of Mora is one of the few that kept their Gem in their house, though when looking for it, he finds it has been misplaced. In the meantime, he tells the player to climb up Mora Mountain because he wants them to see the view before leaving. After the player defeats Gobem in Mora Cave, the Guardian of Mora will have found his Gem and gives it to the player.
