Octavis Owens is a main character in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV. He resides in the Town of Oora and ends up joining the player to help with the town flood.
Biography
Octavis is a skilled fighter with a protective side. He is not very expressive, speaking as concise and as bluntly as possible, though he is more open around his family, whom he cares deeply for. He was born in the Town of Oora in the Land of Moneo on March 10, 1969[1], which makes him thirty-nine years old during the events of Power Master: A Strange Journey MV.
His immediate family consists of his parents, named Oswin and Olivia[1], and an older sister by two years, named Ocean[1], though she had died at the age of eleven. Sometime later, Octavis married Holly, and their daughter, Marciella, was born in 2003[Reference incoming]. Octavis will do anything to protect his family.
Power Master 1R Story
Octavis first appears in Chapter 12: Ocean Heart of the Power Master 1R Story. He is found in the brig of Skipper's Ship, having been captured by trying to solve the flooding into the Town of Oora, and meets Kyra when she is led down into the same room. Octavis explains what he knows about Skipper and the Oora Gem, then instructs Kyra on how to get him out. After being let out, he joins with the group to take back the Oora Gem. Upon returning home, Octavis introduces his wife, Holly, and his daughter, Marciella. He offers to join with the group in order to help fight and keep the world safe for his family.
