The Friend's Challenge is the forty-eighth quest in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV.

Quest
To activate this quest, the player needs to have collected at least two Gems, with one of them being the Fora Gem after defeating the Silver Knight.
In the Town of Fora, talking to either Andrew or Andrea will have them comment on how strong the player has gotten, and then challenges them to a fight. Accepting will begin a battle with whatever twin the player talked to, both twins have identical statistics. If Andrew or Andrea is already in the player's party, they will be removed before the battle begins.
Reward
The objective of the quest is to simply defeat Andrew or Andrea in their battle. The reward for beating them differs depending on who the player character is.
- For Stephan, the rewards are Stephan's Blade and Stephan's Shield.
- For Jennifer, the reward is Jennifer's Bow.
- For Hamilton, the reward is Hamilton's Axe.
- For Helen, the rewards are Helen's Whip and Helen's Shield.
