Quest

In the Town of Oora, the player can find Octavis overlooking the flooding portion of the town. After talking with the Guardian of Oora, Octavis will request the player's help. Accepting will recruit Octavis to the team, and also give the player an Aqua Patch if they do not already have one. If the player denies, Octavis will leave on his own, in which case the quest is never formally accepted, but Octavis can still be recruited later through other means.

To help fix the Town of Oora, the player has to take Octavis to Oora Lighthouse, where he will open up a passageway to an island. There, they will confront Skipper. Successfully convincing or defeating Skipper will result in the Town of Oora being fixed and the quest will be completed.
