Josh is a minor character in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey first found in Aora. Upon first meeting him, he'll ask for 500 Sers to move to a warmer place. If the player obliges, he'll give them a Blizzard Shield. Should the player talk to him again in Eora, they'll get their money back as well as a Blizzard Sword.
