The Three Mages return in the first room on the second floor of Cora Castle. Exitilus has boosted their strength in order to become more of a challenge to the player. They are the only bosses in Cora Castle, aside from Exitilus himself, to not be a magical copy of an earlier boss.
Trivia
- Before using their final design, the Three Mages had two others: One where they looked like the Magikoopas, and another where they looked like "generic" old witches.
