Skragon is a large dragon who is the boss of Sora Sky Tower in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. Skragon was created by Exitilus as a test before moving on to create the Jewel Dragons. Due to the different characteristics between Skragon and the other dragons, Exitilus regards Skragon as a "failed experiment" and sent Skragon off on his own.
