Defense

Defense (abbreviated as Def) is a stat that determines how much damage the character takes from the opponent's attacks. Like with other stats, it increases by Leveling Up or by using stat boosting skills or items, though it can be increased temporarily for the current battle turn by using the Guard command. Defense can also be increased by wearing armor.
