Like the Town of Wora, it is constantly raining in this area. The pieces of land can be walked between by the bridges, and at the end of the path is a Treasure Chest containing a Book of Hurricane. In order for the player to enter the water, the player must first have an Aqualung in their inventory, then they have to enter from the water in the town. Leeches are found in the water.
There was going to be a dungeon for this area, but it was removed when it could not be programed correctly.
