Special Points (abbreviated as SP) are numerical values that determine whether or not a character can use their skills. The gauge raises whenever the character uses the Attack or Defend commands and whenever they get damaged by an enemy. Once a skill is used, the gauge gets depleted by the numerical value associated with the skill. Unlike other values like Health and Energy, the Special Point gauge does not increase with Level Ups and the maximum amount of Special Points a character can have will always be 100. In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Special Points are used for both physical and magic skills, but in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV and onward, it is only used for physical skills, with Energy being used for magical skills.
