Ice Breath is a skill in the Power Master series, first appearing as an enemy skill in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Ice Breath is an enemy-only skill, being used by Xenu, the Sapphire Dragon, Blue Mage during her second fight, and Exitilus.
Ice Breath will send out a large, icy fume, damaging every member of the player's current party. The move has a 75% chance of inflicting the Frozen status ailment on the characters. It also is not affected by the player's Defense.
