Gora Graveyard consists of several graves and Gora Mansion. Most of the characters shown on the tombstones are fictional or humorous, with most having names of the creator's family and friends, including himself. Kyle and Merlina's grave is also present, and even Link from the Zelda series (which in turn is a reference to the Final Fantasy game).

However, not every grave is a meant to be a humorous reference. Some, marked with flowers, are dedications to people Alex knew or knew of who have actually died. Isaac was a family friend, Connie was Alex's great-grandmother, Sarah was his dog, and Maria was a family friend. Satoru Iwata, the then-president of Nintendo, also has a dedication. As Iwata was a role model to Alex and was an inspiration to him, Alex's statement for this area is about him:

It was really upsetting to many gamers when the president of Nintendo, Satoru Iwata, passed away. This grave here is my way of honoring him. Let's keep his vision alive by making games that are fun to play, because that's what games are supposed to be: fun. I wished I had a chance to show him my game, but his work lives on in the hearts of many gamers and games. So, thank you, Iwata-san, for everything you've done for the world of video games! ...See you around.

If the player is under the effects of Doppel's Dimension, Alex turns into Migue.
