Blizzard II is a skill in the Power Master series, first appearing as an enemy skill in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Blizzard II is an enemy-only skill, used by the Mysterious Man and the Blue Mage. Blue Mage only uses it during her second fight in Cora Castle.
Blizzard II doubles the user's Attack power and deals Ice damage to all of the player's current party members.
The "Blizzard" skill is in the game's database, but is not used by any character.
